Menopause

Navigate menopause with clear advice, expert care, and supportive solutions tailored just for you.

What is menopause?

Menopause is a natural stage of life when your periods stop permanently, marking the end of your reproductive years. It usually happens between the ages of 45 and 55, though some women may experience it earlier or later. Menopause is caused by declining hormone levels, particularly estrogen, and every woman’s experience is unique.

Who does it affect?

Menopause affects all women at some point in their lives, but the symptoms and impact can vary greatly from person to person. You may have less issues through it with few changes, or you might find it brings a range of physical and emotional challenges.

Common symptoms include:

  • Hot flushes and night sweats
  • Mood swings or anxiety
  • Difficulty sleeping
  • Vaginal dryness or discomfort
  • Low libido
  • Changes in memory or concentration (“brain fog”)
  • Joint aches or body pains
  • Weight gain or slowed metabolism
