What services do you offer?

What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your Medicare card, a list of any medications you’re currently taking, and any relevant medical information or previous test results you may have. These help us provide the best possible care from your very first visit.
Can I keep my existing GP?
Yes, at Alix Health we’re happy to support your sexual and reproductive health while keeping your regular GP informed—if that’s what you’d like. Your continuity of care is important to us.
Do I need a referral to attend Alix Health?
No, you don’t need a referral to see us or to receive a Medicare rebate, as our doctors are all General Practitioners. However, if you’re able to bring a health summary or any previous results from your existing doctor, it can help us provide more informed care.
How much does it cost to see a doctor at Alix Health?
Alix Health is a private billing clinic, and our fees are outlined in the Fees section. We offer appointments of varying lengths depending on the complexity of your health needs. We believe in taking the time to provide a thorough assessment and to ensure you feel heard—so you won’t feel rushed during your visit.
